Introduction:
The electronic control system includes three parts:

Communications part: underground Leakage communications system
The control system operate the system to start, stop, emergency braking, forward, reverse and speed adjust through intrinsically safe operating box located on the panel. At the same time, the running state can convert between manual operation, automatic operation, maintenance, high-speed and other speed. Various signals such as the running signals from the Intrinsically safe operation boxes, the winch speed signals from the speed sensor, as well as loop analog and switch signals from explosion-proof inverter are input to the Mining Flameproof and Intrinsically Safe programmable vacuum electromagnetic starter, after PLC programming, computing, one part of the output signal control the explosion-proof inverter and the safety brake, AC contactor of working brake motors, , another part is output to the touch screen.
The winch forward, backward, and speed regulation, regenerative braking and energy feedback are realized through the explosion-proof inverter controls the main motor, give the main motor some protections when over voltage, under voltage, phase loss, overload, over current.
The start has a protection to the safety brake motor and work brake motors; when the winch speed exceeds the set value, it can also effect the over speed protection to the winch. When the Inverter the safety brake or work brake failure, it will effect emergency stop the implementation of the over speed protection on the winch emergency stop to the winch to ensure the security of the system.
The working situations will be displayed on the touch screen, such as the voltage, current, frequency, speed and shuttle car location, also can display a variety of fault information and protection.
At the both ends and the middle of the track, there is a set of magnetic proximity switches, the switches are able to detect a switch signal when the shuttle car reaches the front or rear or the middle positions and input the signal to the PLC within the starter through the transmission cable. The over wind on both the head or tail will also display on the screen, and make an alarm to alert drivers to stop in time.
Leakage communication systems will provide communication between the winch drivers and other staff in the roadway and RBI contact in the event of an emergency, can also use a handheld communications machine to affect emergency stop to the winch.
